Where do the couriers leave the recipients packages?
By default all deliveries will be left in the lobby, front step, mail room, or with a doorman. An SMS alert will be sent to the recipient number you provide in the order details upon departure, arrival and completion. The recipient is welcome to meet the courier curbside otherwise the package will be left at one of the locations listed above. Any delivery that needs to go beyond these common areas requires you to select the "Door to Door Delivery" option. Please inform the recipients.
What areas will I be able to get an instant quote from? 
We calculate instantly for Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. 
Do you deliver outside of Brooklyn Manhattan and Queens?

Do you deliver HOT or COLD food?
Yes - Your delivery must be able to withstand 4 hours at room temperature. We are able to deliver items within tighter windows by request.
Do you shop?
We currently do not. All deliveries must be packed, labeled and ready to go on courier arrival.
Can I disable the delivery alert?
Yes just reply to your confirmation email with your request. However if there is not a doorman, mail-room, person present for the duration of your selected delivery window, the package will be returned for an additional fee. So disable with caution.
What is the maximum dimensions for a single item?
The calculator prices for items less than 48" x 48" x 6" (laid down flat like canvases) and 48" x 12" (for items that need to travel upright like some plants). For larger items please call us at +11-347-354-5683 for a quote.
What are the maximum number of items?
Please contact us if there are more than 10 non-bulky or 4 Bulky items on any single delivery.
What happens if the package is not ready or the recipient is not available when the courier arrives?
In this event the order will be closed without a refund. If the courier is able to reach the destination and can wait there may be a $4.99 fee per 5 minutes of waiting time. 
Do you schedule same day deliveries?
There is a $49.99 fee for orders placed after 7pm the night before. Please call or text 347-354-5683 to check availability before placing these orders.
What is your availability?
Retail deliveries are slotted for Wednesday - Friday. Door to door deliveries are slotted for Friday's. There is an additional fee of $49.99 per delivery window for off-schedule deliveries (Availability is Limited).
